The Visibility Shift
Get clarity, safety, and a concrete plan to be seen—at work & at home.
In this 8-Week Group Program I help you feel safe to feel seen, and learn the real skills that visibility requires.
Does this sound like you?
✓ You know you’re meant to be more visible — at work and in your personal life — but your body still tightens at the thought of being seen, judged, misunderstood, or asking for more.
✓ You have a powerful story, perspective, or point of view, but you either downplay it at work or overexplain it at home — unsure how to take up space without slipping into performance, people-pleasing, or perfectionism.
✓ You want to speak up more — in meetings, online, with partners, friends, or family — but self-doubt, overthinking, or old visibility wounds keep you quiet or second-guessing yourself after the fact.
✓ You’re tired of hiding behind competence, caretaking, or “being the reliable one,” waiting for the right moment, more confidence, or external permission before letting yourself be fully seen.
✓ You’re ready to be known for who you really are — to share your work, your voice, and your needs with clarity and confidence — without burning out, oversharing, or abandoning yourself in the process.
✓ You want visibility to feel safe, grounded, and sustainable — not just something you perform for work, but something you embody in your relationships, your home, and your everyday life.
Reconnect to your voice. Rebuild your relationship with being seen—at home and at work.
So many women were taught that visibility is dangerous.
That speaking up makes you a target.
That sharing your story is “too much.”
That having needs, opinions, or boundaries comes with consequences.
And even now — as accomplished, capable, and self-aware as you are — old fears still show up in your body when it’s time to be seen, heard, or taken seriously.
Inside this supportive, embodied space, we’ll explore the roots of your visibility wounds and learn practical tools for speaking, writing your story, pitching yourself, setting boundaries, and showing up — in your work, your relationships, and your everyday life — all while staying grounded, regulated, and true to yourself.
You don’t have to push yourself into visibility.
You don’t have to perform your way into leadership.
You don’t have to abandon yourself, at work or at home, to be respected, chosen, or recognized.
Here, we do visibility differently.
Rooted in the body. Resourced by community. Led by truth instead of fear.

Frequently Asked Questions

Because coaching is a collaborative process that requires mutual commitment, I do not offer refunds for sessions or packages.

Somatic coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, body-based practices, and future-oriented growth. While therapy often explores and treats mental health diagnoses or past trauma, somatic coaching supports nervous system regulation, self-trust, and emotional resilience through tools that help you tune into your body’s wisdom. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy but it can be a powerful complement to it.
-
Yes. I partner with organizations to offer workshops, group coaching, and wellness programming that center nervous system education, emotional sustainability, and embodied leadership. These sessions are designed to help high-performing teams manage stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate a culture of wellbeing. Reach out to learn more about custom offerings!
-
Yes, many of my clients have experienced some form of trauma. I center safety, consent, and choice in everything we do. While I don’t treat trauma clinically (as a therapist might), I do create space for you to gently reconnect with your body, build capacity, and feel supported as you heal at your own pace. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, I’m always happy to refer you to trusted providers.

This work is for everyone. But, I frequently work with high-achieving women who are ready to break cycles of burnout, deepen their relationship with their bodies, and reconnect with their true selves. If you’re craving rest, clarity, and ease but aren’t sure how to access it, this work can guide you back home to yourself with compassion and care.
-
Somatic coaching helps you move out of your head and back into your body so you can better manage stress, set boundaries, get clarity and feel more grounded in your daily life. It supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper self-trust. If you’re always “on” and rarely feel at ease, this work can help you slow down and reconnect with yourself in a sustainable way.

I bring a unique mix of personal, professional, and lived experience to this work. I’ve spent 16+ years as a publicist and executive in high-pressure environments, so I deeply understand the burnout that can come with ambition. I’ve also coached women with eating disorders for over a decade and know what it takes to rebuild a relationship with your body. My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on lasting results, not quick fixes.
-
I’m currently completing a 211-hour Level 2, ICF-accredited coach training program, which includes deep work in coaching methodology, ethics, and evidence-based tools. I’ve also trained in the Wayfinder Life Coach Training, led by best-selling author and coach Martha Beck, where I’ve learned how to guide clients through personal transformation with intuition and body-based wisdom.
On top of my formal training, I bring 16+ years of experience as a communications executive and over a decade of coaching women with eating disorders—giving me a deep, practical understanding of stress, identity, and what it really takes to heal.
