Meet the host:

Hi I’m Shanetta, an Intuitive Living Coach helping women and working mothers break out of burnout and create lives that feel manageable again.

After spending 17+ years as a publicist shaping stories for changemakers, creatives, and mission-driven brands, Shanetta now uses her storytelling expertise and coaching tools to help women rewrite the patterns and expectations that keep them stuck.

With a Master’s in Communications, a background in health and wellness media, and her own experience navigating recovery, motherhood, and major life transitions, Shanetta brings a unique perspective to conversations about burnout, self-trust, capacity, identity, and creating a life that works for who you are now.

Her work explores why so many high-achieving women feel overwhelmed despite doing “all the right things,” how to move beyond survival mode, and how to create more space for rest, creativity, and what matters most.

Shanetta’s writing and wellness expertise has been featured in The Cut, InStyle, Allure, Essence, HuffPost, and Refinery29.
