A 60-minute Clarity Call to help you navigate stress, burnout, self-doubt, or that “stuck” feeling that won’t go away. Using somatic practices and deep listening, we’ll identify what your nervous system needs most and create clarity around your next move. You’ll leave feeling more centered, supported, and in your power again.
The Embodied
Woman
A 3-month private coaching experience for women leaders who are ready to trade self-doubt and overfunctioning for self-trust and grounded confidence. Through somatic tools, nervous system regulation, and embodied leadership practices, you’ll learn to lead from presence instead of perfection.
The Visibility
Shift
This program combines somatic regulation with practical visibility skills so you can show up with confidence at work and at home. Over eight weeks, you’ll clarify your story and learn how to express yourself clearly — whether that’s pitching your work, speaking publicly, or advocating for yourself in everyday conversations and relationships.

I’m a Somatic Life Coach with a Master’s in Communications and Bachelor’s in Business Management and Marketing. My work and voice have been featured in major lifestyle publications, including The Cut, InStyle, Allure, Essence, HuffPost, and Refinery29.
After a decade of healing from trauma and an eating disorder, I made it my mission to help other women find their way back to themselves. Today, I support women and mothers to release survival-mode beliefs and build lives that are creative, sustainable, and self-led.
